Lockin is a habit tracking application that helps you build and maintain streaks through daily lock-in challenges. The service allows you to create commitments, track progress with todos, and build consistent habits over time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion with reasonable notice where possible.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

You retain ownership of any content you create within Lockin, including lock-in names, todos, and notes. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content to provide the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Lockin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Supacat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.
Lockin may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Lockin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supacat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lockin.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using Lockin at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supacat operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
